Co-Pastor
Charlotte Tsuyuki Lehman
I’ve never met anyone else with the same name as me, and that’s been like my experience of life as a biracial woman of some color born at the very end of the Baby Boomer generation and not raised to be leader and yet I have become one.

Co-Pastor
Laura Kraybill
I joined the Reba Place Church community as Co-Pastor in 2022. I have an MDiv from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary and am ordained in the Illinois Conference of Mennonite Church USA. Before coming to Reba I worked in campus ministry, hospital chaplaincy, and theater education (MA in Theater Education, Emerson College). I grew up in London, England as a missionary and pastor’s kid and have lived in many places. My passions include building cross-cultural relationships, youth and young adult ministry, the arts in worship, and nurturing vibrant, inclusive faith communities. For fun I like to sing, dance, cook, read, hike and make cards.

Office Manager
Julie Larson
I have been a part of the Reba Place Church community since 2008 and was drawn to the neighborhood by the vibrant life and expression of the church. Originally from Minnesota, I now live in the area with my husband and three kids, and am excited to be a part of the community-building efforts at Reba to create a thriving and life-giving experience.

Music Director
Laura Wallace
I started attending Reba Place Church after graduating college and moving to Chicago in 2011. From my very first visit, I could tell this place was special. We sang songs in a variety of genres—gospel, folk, old hymns, and even a song in Spanish—and then we did a congregational dance together! These were things I was not accustomed to in my evangelical church upbringing. I was hooked. I knew this would be my new home church. Twelve years later (in 2023), I became the Music Director, a role in which I joyfully carry on these musical traditions as well as introduce new ones.
