This Sunday, March 3

What are your true hungers in life? Lent is a season when many people fast from things like chocolate or other less-healthy foods. But what if God calls us to a different kind of fast -- a fast from control, rushing, judgment and other attachments? Emptying ourselves of these attachments creates room for God to fill our true hungers. Join us this Sunday as Pastor Laura leads us in contemplative stations, including art, writing, silence, and prayer as we listen for God's still small voice. We'll read the story from Luke 7:36-50, receive Communion, sing and share our journeys together. Join us in person or on Zoom. Childcare for Pre-K and Kindergarteners will be provided in the latter part of the service. Guests are warmly welcomed!

  • 9:30 am -- Pre-Service Coffee Plus

  • 11:30 am to 12:15 pm -- Sermon Discussion in the room off the alley vestibule. Come to this non-judgmental space to share your thoughts and questions, or just listen in as others do. Drop-ins are welcome! (In person and on Zoom.) Please note: even though this is a First Sunday of the Month, there will be NO POTLUCK.
