Join us this Sunday, JUNETEENTH (June 19), at 10:30 am (half an hour later than usual!) as we celebrate that "where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom"! (2 Cor. 3:17)
We'll have special music and dancing and a story for the kids (Juneteenth for Mazie by Floyd Cooper); we'll celebrate the witness of those who participated in the Race Against Hate that morning before the service, and hear a report from those who faithfully marched in Washington D.C. with the Poor People's Campaign the day before! Pastor Charlotte will introduce our summer sermon series on Economic Justice, and we'll read parts of Isaiah 58 and Matthew 23. Guests are welcome! Childcare provided for kids up through Kindergarten in the latter half of the service.
10:30 am to 11:30am-- Worship!
No Sidewalk Coffee this week; our hospitality team will be on their way back from the Race Against Hate!
No Sermon Discussion this week; enjoy chatting with folks after the service!
