MCC School Kits!

One of the many ways that we use our time, talents, resources and Mission Budget each year is by supporting Mennonite Central Committee and their annual School Kit Challenge. Folks from Reba have already been busy sewing school kit bags and we invite YOU to grab a supply list and purchase some school supplies to help us fill all the bags later this month.

We will be collecting school supplies in large bins by the hospitality area through Sun, Aug 17. You can find a list of needed supplies here or pick one up at the Meetinghouse. NOTE: All the supplies purchased must be NEW and EXACTLY as indicated in the list, otherwise, they will be rejected by MCC since they want all the bags to be filled equally. (RPC will buy all the needed pencil sharpeners, so no need to shop for those.) We will have a packing party after the service on Sun, Aug 24.
