ICE Watch in a Shadow Surge Training

In recent months, ICE switched from surge tactics to less visible strategies after local organizing exposed their violence and chaos. Join States at the Core for an updated ICE Watch training to learn how we can adapt our ICE Watch efforts to expose the violence and harm of the shadow surge, and its erosion of all of our rights and freedoms.
