At long last, the hard work of many people and God's guidance and blessing has resulted in the addition of a Co-Pastor to what is now our pastoral team! Laura Kraybill, MDiv has been officially confirmed by congregational vote which closed on Wednesday, August 10th. Pastor Laura will begin work this week and next with a few specific meetings with Pastor Charlotte and the Onboarding Team, but then will be on unpaid leave for a previously scheduled trip. She'll begin her regular three-quarter time position on Saturday, September 3. We will plan an official installation service for some time this Fall, to celebrate this new relationship. Stay tuned for the date and details about that.
We are thrilled for Laura's willingness and enthusiasm to join us in community and mission at Reba. We are delighted for the abundant confirmation of this call by our congregational vote. May God's blessing be upon us all as we celebrate this moment and we move forward together.
