Congregational Meeting

Because we are a Relational, Peace-making, Christ-Centered Community, empowered by the Holy Spirit to join Jesus in nurturing God's new creation, we make some decisions together! 

So we invite all RPC community participants to join the Congregational Meeting after worship this Sunday, February 15th for about an hour. There will be good news about our financial status presented and explained. We'll share some follow-up from the previous congregational meeting and present a proposal which incorporates concerns expressed there. We'll have opportunity for questions and discussion. Then we'll take a vote by show of hands (or chats from members in the Zoom). The proposal passes if it receives a simple majority of affirmations from members who vote. If it does not pass, Trustees and Leadership Team will reconsider how to move forward, taking into account whatever was shared in the discussion time at the meeting. Note that this vote is about making our money-handling process clear, but it's not about where we spend specific funds at this time. Hope to see you there!
