All are invited to the memorial service for Vera Gitlin Stoehr this coming Sat, Sept 16 at 10:30 am at the RPC Meetinghouse (620 Madison St, Evanston, Illinois 60202). Following the service, guests are invited to attend a memorial luncheon hosted by Vera's son, Dan Stohr, at Carlucci's Restaurant in Rosemont, IL. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will begin at 1:00 pm with a eulogy from Dan and a meal to follow. Please RSVP for the luncheon if you have not already done so at VGSmemorial@gmail.com.
Please note, there will not be open mic sharing time at the memorial on Saturday, but there will be an opportunity to share remembrances of Vera the following day at the Meetinghouse. People may gather in the Sermon Discussion Room from 9:15 to 9:50 am on Sunday morning, Sept 17 before the worship service. Any who would like an opportunity to share stories and memories of Vera are welcome to attend.
