Did you love hearing the RPC Gospel Choir at last Sunday's service??? You will have one more opportunity to hear them sing this Friday night. The choir, led by Helen Hawkins, will be participating in a group concert at Second Baptist Church (1717 Benson Ave in downtown Evanston) this coming Fri, Feb 23 at 7 pm. The concert will be a collaborative piece with several community groups entitled, “This Train is Bound for Glory” which will take listeners on a tour of Black Sacred Music. Second Baptist is located near the Davis Street L and Metra stations; there is also limited on-street parking available.
