This Sunday, May 24, seminary professor and theologian Nancy Bedford and Pastor Charlotte Lehman will have a discussion prompted by a youth's question about Jesus' Ascension: Was it literal or metaphorical? We'll read Luke 24:36-53 and Acts 1:1-12 and explore the meaning for us of this often neglected part of Jesus' journey... oh, and yes, it is actually Ascension Sunday in the traditional church calendar.
