Join us this weekend to worship through great music (see below!) and dancing (if you wish! or just watch!) as the Racial Justice Team, recognizing Black History Month, will lead a service that examines U.S. African-American Christian history and African-American Mennonite history. The Old Testament reading is Psalm 23 and the New Testament scripture is the parable of The Good Samaritan, Luke 10:25-37.
JOIN the CHOIR for the day! Come at 8:50 am, get your cup of coffee and snack, and then join the rehearsal at 9 am with guest choir director Helen Hawkins to learn and sing Swing Down Chariot, an a capella classic. This link isn't the same arrangement we'll do, but it gives you an idea of the melody, once the tempo picks up at 0:52!
Childcare for Pre-K and Kindergarteners will be provided in the latter part of the service. Guests are warmly welcomed!
