RPC's Racial Justice Team invites you to participate in their next "Watch Party" on Mon, July 18 from 7-8:30 pm at the Meetinghouse. This event will be an interactive workshop, looking at what it means to be "Anti-Racist in Calling," one of Reba Place Church's core values. As we note on our website, Reba Church "embraces a calling to be anti-racist – to swim against the strong current of racism in our nation and world... We seek ways inside and outside of our walls to support freedom, justice, equity and thriving for all."
The Racial Justice Team will lead small and large group activities to explore an analysis of racism, establish necessary common language, view a short video, and have an opportunity for questions and discussion. Teens and adults are invited to join in on the conversation, which is sure to be lively, thought-provoking, and meaningful.
