Reba Place Fellowship hosts Monday Night Seminars throughout the year on various topics.
The Monday Night Seminar for Spring 2009 was entitled "Sexuality in Community". The Monday, May 11 seminar featured a guest speaker, Andrew Marin. Andrew is a dynamic 30 year old who has spent most of the last ten years of his life relating intensively to the gay and lesbian communities in the Chicago area. He and his Marin Foundation are on good terms with both the GLBT (gay-lesbian-bisexual-transgender) communities and the evangelical Christian world that he comes from.
